• We do not take yard waste or Christmas trees
• Holiday delays for each quarter will be on the very bottom of the quarterly bill
• The trucks run from 7 am until 7 pm, a notification will be sent out via email at night if there is a delay on your route, please make sure we have an updated email address on file 

*Some bulky items may be taken on your service day (must call to schedule and pay before it is picked up)
